Yes, berry delicious (see what I did there?) overnight oats!

Before I say anything else, THESE ARE THE BEST OVERNIGHT OATS I’VE HAD! Seriously. So good. And SO simple.
I don’t know what it is about overnight oats, but when you see the pictures on Pinterest of them, you know you want to try making them so you pin like 50 different recipes, but you never actually get around to do it, right? But why! I know for me personally, I would get intimidated by all of those pretty breakfasts foods and really who has the time for that anyways? Not me! What I didn’t know is that overnight oats are actually the easiest thing to make, ever! I make them everyday and it takes me about 2 minutes, no joke it is actually that fast and that easy!
In the morning I heat them up in the microwave for 2 minutes, slice up 1/2 a banana, top with frozen blueberries, sliced strawberries, and that’s it! And to save you even more time, you can cut up your fruit the night before, put them in a container, quickly heat up your mason jar of overnight oats in the morning, and eat it all on your way to work! Or if you have a microwave at work, eat it there!
The nice thing about overnight oats too is that you can do whatever you want with them. With the recipe I am sharing with you, you can either use the same toppings I have suggested, or try something new! If you don’t like blueberries or any of the other things I listed, don’t use them! Instead, use what YOU think sounds good, because I want you to have the best experience possible with overnight oats since it is a game changing for healthy eating in the morning! Especially if you aren’t a morning person and don’t leave yourself a lot of time to get ready AND eat breakfast.
