I have been saying now for weeks that I would share my workout calendar with you guys, and I’m finally getting the chance to upload it. Starting this week I am training for a half marathon, so my schedule includes a lot of runs, which you can substitute for other things if you choose to follow a plan similar to mine. My schedule is ALWAYS subject to change if my day becomes too busy or whatever the reason may be, but I try my hardest to stick to my plan because it is something I use to hold myself accountable, which I think is very important when trying to create healthy habits.
