A while back I posted a picture on my Instagram of a workout calendar that I created for myself so that I can set goals and plan for the month. I have had some ladies request that I email them a copy of it, but instead of doing that I just decided that I would create one that you can all download for FREE! I love giving you guys free stuff, because who doesn’t love getting free stuff, right? It’s the best!
Anyways, this calendar is a simple outline for you to fill in what
BBG (Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide), LISS (Low Intensity Steady State), HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), CHALLENGES (1000 rep, 600 rep, countdown, 1 minute challenge, or any personal challenges you set for youself), STRETCH (what muscle groups you want to stretch each day) and OTHER (yoga, meditation, drink x amount of water per day, etc.) stuff you want to do for the month. I usually like to plan mine week by week because life gets hectic and sometimes I can’t get to as much as I thought I could at the beginning of the month, but of course you can do whatever works best for you!
